Working Groups

Issues with a regional focus are addressed primarily, by CCIC, through three working groups – the Africa-Canada Forum, the Asia-Pacific Working Group and the Americas Policy Group.

CCIC also works with numerous organizations, through various coalitions (including the Canadian Food Security Policy Group, the Halifax Initiative, the International Civil Liberties Monitoring Group, The Canadian Peacebuilding Co-ordinating Committee and the Trade and Investment Research Project), addressing issues such as international financial architecture, food security, peace, human rights and trade justice.
