Conducting a Human Rights Impact Assessment of the Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement:  Key Issues (February 2009) (PDF 101 Kb)
CCIC's Americas Policy Group commissioned Dr. James Harrison, an international expert, to provide recommendations for a credible and effective HRIA process which reflects a commitment to human rights principles.
CCIC also created a briefing note outlining key benchmarks required for the HRIA process.
