This year we are pleased to be hosting our conference at the Ottawa Convention Centre (OCC). Our friends at the OCC, share our passionate commitment to respecting the environment.  The Ottawa Convention Centre is dedicated to championing sustainable development as part of its responsibility as an industry leader. The OCC uses sustainable local materials, promotes water conservation, and runs its operations in a manner designed to mitigate environmental impact.

Parking at the Convention Centre
Ottawa Convention Centre parking has two entrances located on Daly Avenue and Nicholas Street South. The three exits are located on Nicholas Street South. Entry points to both the Ottawa Convention Centre and the Rideau Centre shopping complex are located on both levels on the north and west walls. There are four handicap spaces per level located on the north wall near the Rideau Centre entrances.

Conference attendees can pay via: Cash, Visa, or Mastercard.
Parking Rates:

  • Each 30-min or less: $1.50
  • Day rate (12-hours): $18.00
  • 24 Hour Rate: $20.00


Awards Dinner

The Awards Dinner will take place on Wednesday May 14th at the Canadian Museum of Nature in the East Wing Foyer.

The Museum is a 5 minute drive and 15 walk away from the Ottawa Convention Centre. Please click here for more information on how to get to the museum.
